Covid-19 Update

As you will already be aware, GW along with the rest of the country is on lockdown on government request. This does not mean we have stopped work for you! Our key personnel have the ability to work remotely. This means:

  • We will be notified if you contact the office by telephone and we will contact you back within 24 hours (during the working week)
  • We will be able to respond to emails sent to gw-adminstration@gw-fs.co.uk
  • We will distribute your payments as normal
  • We will continue negotiations and respond to creditor contact
  • We will continue to send you electronic updates and correspondence regarding your Debt Management Programme

 

What we may not be able to do:

  • There may be a delay in sending you postal updates
  • Creditors whom only accept cheque payment may suffer delay if Royal Mail suspends services
  • We may not be able to guarantee each call is recorded
